::FAQ

1. What payment methods do you accept?  You can pay with a check/money order, through PayPal or with a credit card (processed securely through PayPal).  PayPal is fast and easy!  And you are not required to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal.

2. How will you ship my jewelry?  Your jewels will be shipped via the US Postal Service.  I do ship Internationally!  The rates are:

• $5 for USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation
• $7 for USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation
• $7 for USPS First Class Mail International
• $12 for USPS Priority Mail International

You can usually expect your jewels within 3-8 days

3. Do you provide gift wrapping?  Yes, your jewels arrive in coloful gift boxes, ready to give.  If you are shipping jewels directly to someone else, let me know and I'll include a gift card at no extra charge.

4. Do you accept returns?  I want you to love your jewels.  If you're not happy and your jewelry isn't quite what you expected you can return or exchange it for another piece.  Returns are allowed within 15 days of delivery confirmation.  You will be refunded for the cost of your jewels, however shipping is not refunded.

5. Do you take custom orders?  Absolutely!  I love to make custom pieces.  If you already have an idea just send me an e-mail and we can discuss the specifics.  You can also view 'sold items' for color/style ideas.

6. What about sales or special events?  Everyone loves a sale!!  Please take a moment to sign up for the mailing list to be notified of special sales and upcoming events.

7. How should I care for my jewelry?  In order to keep your jewels in the best condition I recommend putting your jewelry on after your cosmetics/sprays.  Gemstones, pearls, suede and leather are very sensitive to acids, sprays, cosmetics and perspiration.  It's best not to shower or swim with your jewels on and I don't recommend polishing your jewelry with liquids or dips.  This may damage delicate gemstones and remove finishes.

8. What do you do with my personal information?  Your privacy is very important to me!  The information gathered during your shopping transaction or when you sign up for the mailing list will be kept completely confidential.  Your information will never be distributed or sold to anyone, for any reason, ever.
